Confirm the following about your independent practice. These are requirements for providing telehealth services — not Medicin policies.

I hold prescriptive authority in my state of practice I have my own e-prescribing tool (DoseSpot, Charm, DrFirst, etc.) I have a collaborative/supervisory agreement in place (if required by my state) or practice in a full practice authority state I understand that clinical documentation is my responsibility — Medicin does not provide an EMR I understand that all clinical liability rests with me as an independent provider

By completing this setup, you confirm that:

You are an independent healthcare provider, not an employee of Medicin, Inc. You are solely responsible for all clinical decisions, documentation, prescriptions, and patient outcomes. Medicin is a technology platform that facilitates connections only.

You will receive $50 per completed connection via Stripe. Medicin retains a $100 platform fee. Payments are automatic — no invoicing required.
